1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ACLLC's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ACLLC provides professional creative design services including but not limited to branding, logo design, web design, print design, packaging, and illustration. All services are subject to the agreed scope of work and pricing outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed are starting rates. Final pricing depends on project scope and complexity.
- A deposit is required before work commences.
- Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement.
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
- Full payment is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.
4. Secure Payment
All payments are processed through trusted, industry-leading payment gateways. Your financial information is always encrypted and protected. We accept payment via:
- Stripe — Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal — PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, and PayPal Credit
- Apple Pay — Available on supported Apple devices
- Google Pay — Available on supported Android devices and Chrome
- Bank Transfer (ACH/Wire) — Available on request for larger projects
All card transactions are secured by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification available. ACLLC does not store, process, or have access to your full card details at any time.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. ACLLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
By placing an order and submitting payment, you fully acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. This applies to:
- Deposits and upfront payments — non-refundable once work has commenced
- Partial payments — non-refundable if the client cancels or abandons the project
- Final payments — non-refundable once final files have been delivered
- Subscription or retainer fees — non-refundable for the current billing period
If you are dissatisfied with any deliverable, ACLLC will work with you through the agreed revision process to reach a satisfactory result. Dissatisfaction does not entitle the client to a refund.
In the event ACLLC is unable to complete a project due to circumstances on our end, a pro-rated credit toward future services may be offered at our sole discretion — this is not a guarantee of any monetary refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives full ownership of the final approved design files. ACLLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to project commencement.
7. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Revisions do not constitute grounds for a refund.
8. Cancellation Policy
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. All deposits and partial payments are non-refundable. ACLLC reserves the right to cancel a project and retain the deposit if the client is unresponsive for more than 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
ACLLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. ACLLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is pursued.
